Privacy and data
The product should signal restraint before it asks for trust.
For a parent-facing safety product, privacy is not a footer item. It is a core brand signal: no child account, no monitoring, no school, no photos, no message uploads.
No child-identifiable data
No monitoring

How we use your answers
We use your answers to produce your Household Plan, which a real person reviews before it is sent. We use your email to deliver the plan and, if you choose, to send product updates.
How long we keep working data
The diagnostic is designed to minimise personal data. Working answer detail and optional child first-name fields should be purged or redacted after plan delivery according to the product retention rules.
Payment
Payment is handled through Stripe. Levelhead does not see or store card details.
