Service terms
The legal pages should feel as considered as the landing page.
Premium trust comes from upfront disclosure: what the service is, what it is not, what is included, what happens with refunds, and where the boundaries are.
Draft status
This mock-up shows the visual style and content hierarchy only. The live terms need solicitor review before publication.
1. What Bearings provides
Bearings provides prevention-focused online-safety education and planning for parents: a Household Plan, guidance library, source-backed playbooks, conversation scripts, family agreement materials and optional current updates.
2. What Bearings does not provide
Bearings is not monitoring software, crisis support, legal advice, clinical advice, a safeguarding assessment or a guarantee of safety. It does not intervene in live incidents.
3. Payment and access
The Household System is a one-off purchase. Stay Current is an annual renewal layer. Prices are shown at checkout and payment is handled by Stripe.
4. Refunds
The product should keep the 14-day no-quibble refund promise prominent and simple. This is a trust signal as much as a legal term.
5. Emergency boundaries
If something urgent is happening, use the emergency signpost and official routes. Bearings cannot advise through live incidents.
